Where hiring succeeds, you receive a clear written employment contract before leaving your country — no verbal promises.
We guarantee no outcome and sell no jobs; we stand for structured work — decisions rest with the authorities and employers.
In the employer-funded path, the nurse pays no recruitment or placement fees to DokTing. External costs and how they are shared between the parties are set out in writing before the process starts.
For health and nursing professions, private recruitment in the countries listed in the Annex to the German Employment Regulation and placement from those countries is excluded under § 38 BeschV; these activities are reserved to the Federal Employment Agency. What matters is the actual recruitment and placement situation, not nationality alone.
In cross-border placement we inform you in writing, before the employment contract is concluded and at our expense, about the employer, the working conditions and advisory services in accordance with § 299 SGB III – in your language or a language you understand.
